Nourishing my hair with pure essential oils.
I have spent a couple of years growing my hair to a long length, part way down my back and I love to keep it as healthy as I can with regular visits to my hairdresser for a trim and tidy up.
She always comments on how healthy it is, especially as it is regularly coloured to hid those grey strands peaking through!
I do a couple of different essential oil blends and use what takes my fancy. Some I use after a weekend at the beach in the salt and sand. Some just because my hair can need a good detangle no matter how much conditioner I use.
My healthy hair blends:
1. I wash and condition my hair and then towel dry.
2. Before I run a good quality brush through my hair I spray with an essential oil blend I pick the oils to best support my hair.
3. I will sometimes just spray the blend on my hair if I am short on time, but if I can at least once a week I spray them under my hair and work it into my scalp.
